PARABHAIRAVAYOGA FOUNDATION
Satsaṅga-s
with Guru Gabriel Pradīpaka
We meet every Saturday of the month at 4:00 pm (Moscow time). The requirement to participate is to be fluent in Spanish or English. Everyone is welcome!
*Beginning in January 2025, participants attending weekly Satsaṅga-s will be charged $40 per month.

MEDITATION IN NON-DUAL
SHAIVISM OF KASHMIR
"An Introduction to Non-Dual Consciousness"
The objective of the course is to introduce practitioners (Sādhaka-s) to meditation under the light of the four philosophical schools of Trika (Spanda, Pratyabhijñā, Kula and Krama). With an emphasis on the Pratyabhijñā school (the school of Recognition) and the Spanda school (the school of the four upāya-s or means), we will delve into the most advanced methods from Śāktopāya to Śāmbhavopāya, keeping in mind that the simplest means (although the most underrated) are always the most direct.

The Mystical Path of Trika Shaivism (Non-dual Shaivism of Kashmir) seeks to lead us to the experience of Jagadānanda: the Bliss of realizing that God is the entire Jagat, or Universe. This is the highest attainment a human being can achieve and constitutes an expansion of all the Powers of God. This is the State of Parabhairava or Paramaśiva. The objective of these meetings is to identify with this Totality and penetrate it through the Grace and Knowledge of the Trika Holy Scriptures.

-INTRODUCTORY COURSE-
TRIKA SHAIVISM AND PARABHAIRAVAYOGA
"An encounter with Sacred Philosophy through chanting, Mantra-s and Sanskrit"
Parabhairavayoga is a Spiritual Path fundamentally based on simplified Trika Shaivism, for achieving Spiritual Liberation as quickly as possible. This Yoga is predominantly the Path of Knowledge (Jñānamārga), which has to do with understanding the True Nature of Reality through the non-dualistic Scriptures of Trika, leading aspirants to the direct Realization of their own Divine Self.
The Scriptures of Trika are the great key that opens the door to Liberation; however, not everyone can approach them. The purpose of this course is to introduce the hidden wisdom of these sacred texts through chanting, Mantra recitation and Sanskrit. With the help of these three guiding elements, we will unlock the great treasure that Trika has in store for us. Everyone is welcome!

We are studying a modern Trika scripture written in Sanskrit by Gurujī. No prior knowledge or background is required to participate. All are warmly welcome who are interested in the ancient wisdom of Trika Shaivism and the modern Trika-based yoga system called Parabhairavayoga.
